Trek has launched Trek Connect E-commerce, a no-cost e-commerce platform available to all Trek retailers. But what does that mean for you? Read on to learn more.
Trek Connect E-commerce
What is it? The Trek Connect E-commerce service allows customers to order online and have their order shipped either directly to them or to their local dealer.
For the first time ever, consumers in the US will be able to shop trekbikes.com 24 hours a day with every online sale resulting in a service commission for Trek retailers.
Trek handles all taxes and payment processing and the service is provided at no charge to Trek retailers.
How do I sign up? Well, that’s the beauty of it – you don’t! If you’re a Trek retailer you’re already included. All you have to do is make sure your system is setup for any online orders.
