This week is Thanksgiving in the US, and we’re getting a head start on #thankfulthursday. When you partner with Ascend, you get access to top-notch support provided by people who eat, sleep, and breathe independent retailer success – and our support team is willing to go above and beyond to take care of you!

Thankful Thursday: Our friendly Ascend support technicians can help you out at almost any time. Our goal is to have a real person answer your call ASAP, and we continue to meet that goal with over 90% of support calls being answered in less than 30 seconds!

Our techs regularly help shops set up new servers, perform database cleanups, and more, even though it’s outside of their usual work hours – just so you don’t have to worry about your system being down during your business hours. Ascend even has an emergency line that we cover outside of working hours on nights and weekends.

Many of our staff also volunteer their time to star in training videos for you – and that’s not as easy as it might look in final product. Check out some of our outtakes – we’re not afraid to laugh!
